Σκοπός του Συλλόγου είναι η συμβολή στην πολιτιστική ανάπτυξη του οικισμού και της περιοχής του με όσο το δυνατόν ευρύτερη ενεργοποίηση των κατοίκων του, στην επίλυση των προβλημάτων του, τη μελέτη, ιεράρχηση και την αγωνιστική προβολή τους. Στη σύσφιξη των σχέσεων των κατοίκων και την καλλιέργεια των στοιχείων που τους φέρνουν πιο κοντά στην αλληλοσυνεννόηση και τη σύμπνοια. Στη λελογισμένη τουριστική ανάπτυξη και αξιοποίηση του τόπου καθώς και την επίλυση των προβλημάτων που έχουν σχέση με τη διαμονή των κατοίκων και παραθεριστών.
